Thompson 105: Experience Upscale Italian-American Dining in Scottsdale

It was our first time dining here. It's going to be our new favorite go-to place. Great happy hour menu and drinks. We were able to bring our 2 pups to the patio, our servers were Gracie & Maddie (real sisters) and they were top notch, they introduced themselves by name, knew the menu well, have bright happy personalities and fun to chat with. We look forward to dining here again and trying some other items on the menus!

We have eaten here several times. Tonight we had the prime rib French dip and the Caesar salad . We have never been disappointed with our choices. The food is always prepared to perfection but I wanted to give a shout out to Jack our waiter. today He was attentive without being intrusive . He was personality plus and definitely put a smile on my face! As I always say even a great meal can be ruined by poor wait staff. Thompson 105 is at the top of their game both with great food and a very positive and competent wait staff. Well worth the visit. BONUS: Enjoy a great mountain view while dining too.

Our neighborhood go to spot. Beautiful views. Beautiful room. Food consistently excellent (homemade pasta) and a very unique and well priced wine list. Love 105 and so glad they are in the neighborhood.

Love the ambiance. The outside heaters were great. We are visiting family & picked Thompson for Happy Hour. Wine prices at HH was great. The main menu looked so good, we forgo HH menu. Love that they offer a smaller portion on their menu. Fantastic service. Recommend this place in Scottsdale!

Grabbed a seat at the bar on New Year’s Day and enjoyed dinner and a martini. Started with the simple house salad and then had the short rib rigatoni. The pasta was Italian Al dente in a good way. A nice dish. I was still hungry so then I ordered a half order of the gnocchi. Very good pasta as well. Martini was solid. Third visit. Happy overall. Bonus I forgot my jacket and they happily returned it when I stopped by the next day.

An excellent place for steak, rotisserie chicken, and seafood. We have been here three times and each time has been great. The first time (a year ago) we had the prime rib and a special shrimp and pasta dish. The second time we had the steak and the rigatoni. The third time we finally tried the rotisserie chicken. Each meal was excellent. They have a great selection of cocktails as well. Chloe provided exceptional service the last time we were here. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends, and will be back.

My first time here. The food was fabulous and all the staff were so friendly. It’s one of those places where you spend time on drinks then appetizers then chatting with the person next to you at the bar. The staff doesn’t rush you so it’s very relaxed.

We enjoyed lunch at Thompson 105 today. This is a beautiful restaurant with a great patio that provides a great view of the McDowell Mountains and Thompson Peak. The service was A+ and the food and cocktails were delicious. I recommend the Thompson 105 Burger cooked medium and a Blood Mary.
